Men’s Club Championship Qualifier

October 4^th & 5^th (Friday & Saturday)

Registration:

All participants are eligible to qualify for the Men’s Championship Division. Participants’ 65-years of age or older are eligible to register for the Senior Division. The participant may only declare one division to qualify.

Entry Fee:

$25 per Person

(All who register will receive a $5-food voucher to be used exclusive towards the Championship Sunday Brunch Buffet on October 20^th )

Exemption(s):

Reigning Champions will receive the number one seed per division. Reigning Champions reserve the right to compete for the Medalist Title, but entry fee must be paid.

Format:

Stroke Play Format

The seven low 36-hole scores per division proceed forward to the Club Championship Match Play starting October 19^th, 2018. Participants will be seeded in order of their total score. Each division will designate two alternates in order based on their total score to proceed forward in the event a qualifier is unable to compete in the Club Championship. In the event that a Division does not have enough participants, byes will be assigned for the Club Championship Match Play.

Round 1– Holly Round 2– Magnolia

Time:

Tee Times assigned for all rounds.

Divisions:

Men’s Championship & Men’s Senior

Tees:

Championship Division– Holly Blue/White Hybrid; Magnolia White

Senior Division– Gold Tees on both courses

Pairings:

Round 1– Individuals will be paired descending by their handicap index as of closing date of entries from Low to High per division.

Round 2– Individuals will be paired ascending by round one scores from High to Low per division.

Prizes:

Overall Club Championship Medalist– The participant with the low 36-Hole total of each division will receive recognition as the Medalist for the event along with a prize to be received during the Pinewild Awards Reception on November 22^nd.

Ties:

All ties for medalist, 8^th seed, will be decided by sudden death playoff starting on the first hole of the course played for that particular round.
